Ready to schedule your pause?

It all begins with choosing yourself. Entering the Pause experience, you will be surrounded by like minded community and support of expert facilitators, to lead you through a day of retreating, leaning into pausing and filling your own cup.

The day begins as a collective, a warm welcome into a beautiful and unique space. After settling in, we will participate in collective, interactive workshops to start and build our empowering and safe space. As we warm up with one another, we also begin to create space within ourselves to truly explore what a pause can do for us.

In the second half of the day, we have the “Create Your Own Retreat” segment, where the collective will break into more intimate groups to workshop. Everyone will get the opportunity to choose 2 of 4 workshops that will be provided, to create their ideal afternoon retreat.

Join us for a hands-on journey into the magic of dyeing with nature, where we’ll transform fabric using the beauty of plants, flowers, and roots. This workshop is an invitation to slow down, connect with nature, and embrace the art of alchemy through botanical dyeing. Guided by master dyer Carin, owner of Dye on the Side, participants will explore the meditative process of working with plant-based pigments, learning techniques to create a one-of-a-kind silk scarf infused with intention. No experience is necessary, just bring your curiosity and a willingness to play. Leave with a nature dyed textile, a deeper connection to the creative process, and a renewed appreciation for the beauty of slowing down.
