Pause in Peru Retreat
As New Moon lands at the week of our retreat week, we will be using its energy to launch us into an incredible week. Reminding ourselves of the value we innately are regardless of what arises within our family dynamics, work environments or our relationship complexities.
December 7-13, 2026 – we are hosting a 7-day/6-night retreat, designed to help you connect to the nature within and plant the seeds to flourish and flow in your own life in the essence of who you are at the core.
For our one week retreat journey, we’ll be nurtured and nourished at the incredible family-owned retreat center Samadhi Sacred Valley, in the Sacred Valley of Cuzco, Peru.
When you join us on our retreat in Peru, you will have the opportunity to experience a range of enriching and transformative activities.
First and foremost, you will be treated to delicious, plant-based meals prepared by Samadhi’s talented staff. These meals will not only nourish your body, but also help to cleanse and energize you, providing a deeper connection to the natural world around us.
In addition, you will have the chance to move your body in new and healing ways, allowing for a sense of physical and mental replenishment that you truly deserve.
By exploring new environments, such as the Andes Mountains and one of the Seven Wonders of the World Machu Picchu, you will gain new perspectives and ways of being that will help you to challenge yourself and open yourself up to adventure and exploration. Along the way, you will learn about a new way of living, as seen through the lens of the Peruvian and ancient Incan peoples.
Furthermore, you will gain valuable insights and self-care practices that will help you to break through mental blocks and reach a deeper state of self-awareness. You will be receiving multiple follow-up emails leading up to retreat week. We will be confirming your package option, payment plans and more. We will also be setting up group chats for the retreaters and a call for everyone as we get closer to the retreat. Total payment for the retreat is due in full by September 7th, 2026 regardless if you choose a payment plan or pay in full. You can always pay the full amount sooner than September 7th, 2026. Deposits of $500 are non-refundable.

Yes! If you make your deposit before April 30th, you will be eligible for a 5 month payment plan that will be equal payments once a month due on the 7th of each month until October 7th. The payment will vary based on your package option. All payments are due in total on October 7th, 2026.

30 days before the retreat, you will be emailed with a suggested packing list and what to bring.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance although it is not required. This is to protect you in case of any unforeseen circumstances both before your trip or during your trip. We recommend purchasing travel insurance as soon as the purchase of your flight. In case you have a family emergency and need to cancel your flight, travel insurance should cover you.

If something arises that you cannot make it, please inform us as soon as possible. The deposit of $500 is non-refundable. All information about cancellations are written out in the Terms and Conditions.
