Truth & Taal is a co-facilitated wellness gathering that blends soulful journaling, authentic sharing, and joyful movement—all anchored in the theme of celebration.
✨ Truth – In this segment, Hava Rose will guide you through journaling prompts designed to honor your journey, your growth, and the people who’ve been part of it. Then, Karishma Minocha will lead a sharing circle—a space to voice your reflections, experiences, and truths in a way that fosters presence, connection, and belonging.
✨ Taal – “Taal” means rhythm in Hindi—a reminder of the natural beats and cycles of life. Together, Karishma and Hava will get you moving with a high-energy Bollywood dance party in the park. No dance experience needed—just bring your joy, your presence, and your willingness to celebrate life in motion.
Whether you’re marking a milestone, embracing everyday wins, or simply wanting to be in community, Truth & Taal is your invitation to feel present, alive, and connected.

Virtual Full Moon Journaling Workshop
We are back with a virtual and FREE full moon journaling workshop to celebrate the launch of our Pause Membership!
We will begin at 7:30pm and the workshop will be recorded for anyone who registers and is unable to attend at the given time. Come to the call with you journal, pen, a soothing beverage and some burning necessities (lighter, dish, etc.)
