This is a live, guided, virtual experience where you’ll be led through thoughtful prompts designed to help you:

  • process what’s actually going on beneath the surface

  • build a stronger relationship with yourself

  • feel connected—without the pressure to perform

Each session is one hour and includes guided journaling, optional breakout conversations, and space to reflect, share, or simply listen.
